This is a fast tempo instrumental dub. Mori Kanda is a Japanese artist, musician and manga artist. He plays a variety of instruments: electric guitar, bass, percussion, etc. He puts Spring Reverb through a Fostex Model-3180 on the Shaker and Cabasa. He also puts a delay on the guitar in the DAW to process the dub.
