【ヘッド交換】古すぎて現行ヘッドではサイズの合わないコンガ！皮ヘッドのコンガスキンワイヤーの交換（３）【修理DIY】
もくもくとラグのナットを締めていきます。
一気にやると前回のように皮がはずれそうなので数時間おきにやります。
ヘッドが乾かないように濡れタオルを乗せます。
もくもくと締めていきます。

だいぶ打面が出てきました。良いですね。
これくらい折り返しの皮が出ていると乾くともう抜けないと思う。
ラグはとりあえずクレモナロープで縛っています。ジャンベ用のロープ。
タコ糸をどのタイミングで切るか悩んでいるところです。
黄色いタオルが臭くなってきたので（ふきんだった）きれいなタオルに変えます。
試しにクレモナロープを外してラグを直接引っ掛けてみます。
２つ成功しましたが、残りはナットを緩めるとヘッドが上に上がって、ラグをかけることができません。
なかなか手強い。
ナットを緩めてもヘッドが上に上がらないように一時的に固定するやり方をなにか考えてみます。
今日はここまで。
成功した２つです。
現状、だいぶヘッドらしくなってきました。

I'm slowly tightening the lug nuts.
If I do it all at once, the skin will come off like last time, so I'm going to do it every few hours.
I'm putting a wet towel on the head to keep it from drying out.

The striking surface has become much more visible. That's good.
If the folded skin is exposed this much, I don't think it will come off once it dries.
For now, I've tied the lug with Cremona rope. Djembe rope.
I'm trying to decide when to cut the string.
The yellow towel is starting to smell, so I'm going to replace it with a clean towel (it was a dish towel).
I'll try removing the Cremona rope and hanging the lug directly on it.
I was successful with two, but with the rest, when I loosened the nut, the head rose up and I couldn't hang the lug on it.
It's quite tricky.
I'll try to think of a way to temporarily fix the head so that it doesn't move up even when the nut is loosened.
